Refund & Cancellation Policy

Redy is a product of Kickoff Business Solutions LLC ("Redy," "we," "us," "our").

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the products and services we sell directly to merchants: Redy software subscriptions and optional payment hardware. It also explains how refunds to a restaurant's own customers are handled. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to this policy.

1. Software subscriptions

Redy offers one free plan and several paid monthly plans:

  • Redy Start — $0/month: free forever. No card required, nothing to refund.
  • Redy Pro — $97/month
  • Redy Nightlife — $147/month
  • Redy Nightlife PRO — $197/month

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance to the card on file. There are no setup fees, no long-term contracts, and no cancellation penalties.

2. Cancelling a subscription

  • You may cancel at any time from your account's billing settings, or by emailing or calling us using the details in Section 5.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access to your paid plan until that date.
  • We do not automatically refund the portion of the month remaining after you cancel.
  • After cancellation, your account moves to the free Redy Start plan or is closed at your request.

3. Subscription refunds

  • Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable. Because you can cancel at any time before your next billing date, you are only ever charged for the period you chose to keep.
  • Billing errors: if you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect amount in full to the original card.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first (Section 5) — we resolve the large majority of billing questions the same business day.

4. Hardware returns

Payment hardware (such as an optional North card terminal) is sold as a one-time purchase. Hardware is optional — Redy runs on any iPad or Android tablet you already own.

  • 30-day returns: you may return undamaged hardware in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the hardware price.
  • How to start a return: email hello@useredy.com with your order details. We will provide return instructions.
  • Defective hardware: hardware that arrives defective or fails under normal use is replaced or refunded at no cost.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned device is received and inspected.

5. Refunds to a merchant's customers

When a guest pays for food, drinks, or tickets at a business that uses Redy, that payment is between the guest and the merchant. Refunds for those purchases are issued by the merchant directly from the Redy point of sale, subject to the merchant's own refund policy.

Card payments are processed by North (PayAnywhere), operated by Fiserv. Chargebacks, disputes, and customer refunds for merchant transactions are handled as described in Section 6 of our Merchant Agreement. Redy does not store card data.
