SMS Terms & Conditions

Program name: Redy POS Receipts
Program description: Transactional SMS messages sent by restaurants and businesses using the Redy point-of-sale platform to customers who voluntarily opt in at checkout.
Message types: Order receipts, order confirmations, order-ready alerts, and cancellation or refund notices for that same order, and one-time verification codes that a customer requests to sign in to their Redy account at redytoeat.com
Message frequency: Up to a few messages per order (a receipt, a confirmation, a ready alert, and — only if it happens — a cancellation or refund notice). A customer who signs in with their number also receives one verification code per sign-in, only when they request it.
Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
How to opt in: At online checkout on the restaurant's Redy ordering page, enter your mobile number. The consent disclosure — with links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy — is shown next to the field. The number itself is used to coordinate your order; if you prefer no SMS at all, check “I don't want SMS about this order” right next to the disclosure and your order completes normally with no messages sent. You can also give your number on the in-store customer display when you pay at the counter, under the same disclosure — there, entering a number is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase: you can decline SMS at checkout and still complete your order.

How to opt out: Check “I don't want SMS about this order” at checkout, or reply STOP to any message at any time. After a STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
How to re-subscribe: Reply START to any previous message, or provide your number again at checkout.
